Responsibilities
* Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each time they visit.
* Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
* Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
* Ensure the bar is safe, legal, and clean, and address issues quickly and safely.
Qualifications
* A great eye for detail, ensuring every pint is poured to perfection.
* Be a role model to the team with great service and a warm welcome for every customer.
* Ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenges during a busy shift.
* A positive can-do attitude and strong team player mindset.
