I’m currently partnering with a successful Chester based marketing agency that specialises in delivering innovative solutions for B2B organisations. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join a collaborative, fast-paced team and make a real impact.
About the Role
As Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with clients, acting as their trusted point of contact throughout all campaign stages.
* Project Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of client accounts, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure flawless execution.
* Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with internal teams across account management, digital marketing, creative, PR, and content to deliver exceptional results.
* Campaign Strategy: Support Account Directors in developing impactful strategies, bringing your insights and experience to the table.
* Reporting & Analysis: Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver engaging updates and results to clients.
* Problem Solving: Address client concerns promptly and professionally to ensure positive outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
* At least 2 years’ experience in account management, ideally within a marketing or creative agency.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and confidence in presenting ideas.
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
* Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
* A collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
