Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie
Running your own section to an exceptional standard in the 3 AA Rosette restaurant
Preparing and presenting seasonal dishes with creativity, precision, and consistency
Supporting senior chefs in the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen
Upholding the high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety across your section
Taking part in ongoing training and development to further hone your skills
About you:
Youll have experience in high-end kitchens, ideally within 2 or 3 Rosette or 4/5-star hotel environments. Passionate about food, local produce, and working with a dynamic brigade, youll bring energy, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow in a busy, fast-paced setting.
