Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service, greeting and coordinating with guests as they arrive and depart the park.
* Operate the booking system and integrated till systems, ensuring all guests are checked in, wristbands and footwear are issued, and safety waivers are completed prior to park access.
* Manage customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email, providing timely and helpful responses.
* Handle birthday party and group bookings, including related inquiries.
* Respond to and manage email communications promptly.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in the reception and front entrance areas.
