Our business is growing, and as such we are on the search for a career driven Senior Operations Manager based at our site in Bury St Edmunds. The successful candidate will be an experienced people manager within a transport/logistics background. If this is you, we would love to show you this exteremely exciting opportunity.
This role has been identified as a key succession position within the site leadership structure. The successful candidate will be a core member of the site SLT and will work closely with the existing Site Manager, with a clear development pathway over the next 12 months into a future Site Manager role. We are looking for an individual who is keen to progress their career and take on full site leadership accountability in the near future.
Pay, benefits and more:
Were looking to offer a salary of up to £53,000 per annum with car allowance. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days.
