Manufacturing Supervisor A leading global manufacturer within the regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing sector is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join a high-performing sterile production facility. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a GMP-regulated environment and enjoys developing people, improving processes, and delivering consistently high-quality products that make a real impact worldwide. The Role As Manufacturing Supervisor, you will lead and motivate production teams while ensuring compliance, safety, and operational excellence across all manufacturing activities. Key Responsibilities Supervise, coach, and develop Production Operatives, fostering a strong culture of safety, quality, and performance Ensure full compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, and internal quality systems Oversee daily manufacturing operations including compounding, raw material preparation, cleaning, and environmental monitoring Review batch documentation and production records with a high level of accuracy and accountability Lead continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to SOP updates and enhanced aseptic practices Manage deviations, support investigations, and contribute to effective CAPA actions Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and maintain compliance Essential Criteria Minimum 5 years experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment At least 1 year in a supervisory or team-lead role Proven experience managing and developing teams Experience planning resources and equipment to meet operational targets Strong understanding of production documentation and QMS processes Confident problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Flexible to work shift patterns, including 12-hour shifts, evenings, and weekends Whats on Offer Competitive benefits package including enhanced annual leave Pension scheme and life assurance Healthcare and wellbeing support Employee assistance programme On-site facilities including parking and canteen Clear career development and progression opportunities Interested?
