The Role:
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential leasehold properties, ensuring their effective day-to-day operation and compliance with relevant regulations.
In addition, you will act as the primary point of contact for leaseholders and stakeholders, deliver exceptional service, and oversee maintenance, budgeting, and compliance functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the main point of contact for leaseholders, residents and clients
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, maintenance and compliance
* Coordinate maintenance, repairs and service contracts
* Prepare and manage service charge budgets and monitor expenditure
* Organise and chair AGMs and liaise with RMCs and Freeholders
* Handle Section 20 consultations for major works
* Collaborate with contractors, solicitors, surveyors, and other professionals
* Maintain accurate records and ensure GDPR compliance
The Person:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced property professional who can balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You should have experience dealing with leasehold property management, RMCs, Freeholders, and service charge budgeting.
A strong communicator and problem-solver with excellent organisational skills and a proactive, customer-first approach will thrive in this role.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in residential leasehold property management
* Strong knowledge of leasehold legislation and best practice
* Proficient in financial management and budgeting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organised and self-motivated
* Proficiency with property management software and IT systems
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* TPI qualification or willingness to work towards it
* Experience with complex or high-end residential portfolios
