Be part of the team protecting children and vulnerable people in our communities. As a Safeguarding Coordinator, you’ll be playing a vital part in keeping our communities safe. You’ll be conducting risk assessments, and ensuring all reports and referrals are reviewed and actioned. Researching police systems to compile reports to help reduce risk and carry out actions relevant to safeguarding. This is a rewarding and challenging role, where no two days will be the same. You'll be joining the team working Monday to Friday between the hours of 7 am and 6 pm. What You’ll Be Doing Researching, assessing and processing safeguarding referrals Attending multi- agency meetings to represent the police and actively engage in the decision-making process Assessing and identifying high risk cases The must haves Able to research and investigate information Experience of working within a confidential environment Ability to compile data from research on IT systems What’s in it for you?
