What You'll Do:
As an Advice Caseworker, you'll be the first point of contact for students seeking support. Your role will involve:
* Providing advice through email, phone, and face‑to‑face meetings.
* Maintaining accurate case records.
* Advocating for students at meetings, ensuring processes are fair and policies are followed.
* Offering welfare support during times of crisis, using professional judgement to create effective plans.
* Collaborating with teams to deliver campaigns and events that raise awareness of key student issues.
* Building strong networks.

* Experience in advice.
* Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion.
* A positive, problem‑solving attitude and resilience under pressure.
* Knowledge of Advice Quality Standards and relevant legislation.

* Commitment to confidentiality and professional boundaries.
* Ability to manage a varied caseload and meet deadlines effectively.
