Role Overview

Reporting to the Managing Director (UK Nuclear), you’ll lead business development and account management across key nuclear clients. You’ll drive engagement with major industry players, identify strategic opportunities, and coordinate with technical and operational teams to deliver value-added solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and deliver account plans aligned with client strategies and growth targets.

* Build and maintain strong senior-level relationships within key nuclear organisations.

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and emerging nuclear markets.

* Support bid preparation, proposal development, and negotiation of commercial terms.

* Champion client interests internally to ensure the highest levels of service and satisfaction.

* Monitor account performance using CRM/Salesforce and contribute to continuous improvement.

* Represent the business at client meetings, industry events, and conferences.

* Contribute to strategic planning, market analysis, and service innovation initiatives.

About You

* Degree-qualified in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related discipline.

* Proven experience in business development, account management, or commercial leadership within the UK Nuclear or wider energy sector.

* Strong relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills.

* Comfortable engaging with technical teams and understanding complex service offerings.

* Commercially astute, with experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and contract negotiation.

* Confident communicator with strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.

* Results-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable business outcomes
