About The Role: Working hours: 6 days a week, one day off Key responsibilities: To supervise cleaning operations, ensuring that the client specification/cleaning requirements are met and set contract resource levels are being adhered to. To provide weekly/monthly stock orders To carry out weekly quality audits of the premises on a rota basis to ensure standards are meeting the required specification. To develop and maintain a professional and proactive business relationship with all levels of client’s representatives, promoting the Company and development of services To help with the recruitment and training of new colleagues in the team The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria: Must have right to work in the UK Experience working in a cleaning environment. Excellent communication skills An understanding of management techniques, Health and Safety, organisation methods and troubleshooting.
