The Loyalty Propositions and Planning Manager will define and implement the loyalty customer plan, aligning to the wider business customer plan and key customer moments/events.
Focussed on creating a relevant and rewarding roadmap of loyalty campaigns that help customers Earn, Save and Win with the More Card
This position follows a 5 day working week, 3 days office based.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
* Define the loyalty customer plan ensuring alignment to the wider business' customer plan and customer moments/events
* Define and track key loyalty customer KPIs that track the effectiveness of the loyalty customer plan
* Create a roadmap of More Card campaigns that align to the loyalty customer plan and helps drive the Earn, Save, Win loyalty strategy
* Look after the end-to-end delivery of core propositional campaigns
* This will include defining campaign objectives, modelling and forecasting engagement and budgets, working with branding teams to bring campaigns to life, working with technology to ensure campaigns work as per desired outcomes and more.
* Oversee the implementation and execution of the overall loyalty customer plan. This includes coordinating wider loyalty, marketing and business teams to ensure they execute accordingly
* Optimise core propositional mechanics you are responsible for to ensure our customers and business are getting the best value possible. This could include, but is not subject to:
* Holding workshops with partners who provide software/functionality of mechanics
* Conducting primary and secondary research and campaign reviews
* Sales and cost reporting
* Be the key point of contact for Marketing, attending customer planning and event briefing sessions and then coordinating with loyalty team
* Line management

About You

* A background in a retail ( or very similar ) marketing loyalty/activation role
* Sound knowledge of customer incentive and loyalty programmes and related trends
* Stakeholder and project management expertise in a large organisation
* Advanced planning, organisation and collaboration skills
* Naturally creative, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills, written and verbal
* Line management experience, guiding and mentoring other marketing professionals
* Strategic thinking and alignment
