Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective homebuyers, providing expert advice on a wide range of new build properties across multiple developments in the South West Midlands. Conduct in-person and virtual viewings, highlighting the quality, energy efficiency, and lifestyle benefits of each new home. Manage the full sales process, from first enquiry to legal completion, ensuring exceptional customer service at every stage. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current pricing, incentives, Help to Buy/First Homes schemes, and available offers to support informed decisions. Collaborate with the regional sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Qualifications & Experience Proven track record in new homes sales or estate agency (essential).
