GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Sports Coach to work in schools across Sheffield (S10), supporting children to develop their physical fitness, teamwork, and confidence. This role is ideal for someone with a background in sports coaching, PE instruction, or youth mentoring who is passionate about helping students achieve both physically and academically. Key Responsibilities of the Sports Coach: Deliver engaging sports and physical education sessions. Support classroom learning by incorporating teamwork and motivation skills. Provide 1:1 or small group interventions to encourage student participation. Act as a positive role model, promoting health and well-being. Assist with behaviour management and promote a positive school ethos. Requirements for the Sports Coach role: Previous experience as a Sports Coach, PE instructor, or similar role. Relevant sports or coaching qualifications (desirable). Ability to motivate and inspire children of all abilities. A proactive, patient, and adaptable approach.
