Office Assistant – Guildford, Surrey
We’re looking for a proactive Office Assistant to join a diverse team in a busy, fast paced international law firm based in Guildford, Surrey. The role will require the ability to switch between tasks quickly to support a dynamic internal customer base, covering a range of general business, reception, and general office duties.

Key Responsibilities of the Office Assistant:
* Welcome clients and visitors and ensure they are dealt with promptly.
* Ensure meeting rooms are fully stocked and set up as required for seminars / training.
* Answer and deal with enquiries by phone, email, or face to face.
* Provide a friendly and efficient service to internal clients in the collection and delivery of post.
* Arrange and record courier deliveries to deadlines and within budget.
* Liaise with the Cashiers team to process cheque requests and petty cash requests.
* Assisting Facilities Manager with facilities matters as and when required.
* Ensure the maintenance of equipment including vending machines.
* Assisting with Friday breakfast and tuck shop orders and deliveries.
Skills & Requirements of the Office Assistant:
* 1+ years’ experience in a similar or Administrative / Customer Service role is required.
* Flexible, team-oriented approach with a strong commercial mindset.
* Committed to delivering high standards and a client-focused service.
