I’m currently working with a growing digital education business looking for a highly organised YouTube Channel Manager to take full ownership of their video content strategy, operations, and performance.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who’s process-driven, data-focused, and confident managing the full content ecosystem- from testing and optimisation through to production, distribution, and performance tracking. You’ll be responsible for scaling a successful YouTube channel with millions of monthly views, turning creative ideas into measurable results.
This role is ideal for someone who loves building systems, analysing performance, and driving growth through structure and consistency.
What they’re looking for:
* Proven experience managing and growing YouTube channels or large-scale video platforms.
* Strong understanding of YouTube analytics, algorithms, and optimisation strategies (CTR, AVD, retention, engagement).
* Skilled at coordinating creative production pipelines - from scripting and editing to publishing and tracking.
* Confident using data to make decisions: testing thumbnails, titles, intros, and hooks to maximise performance.
* Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and contributors (editors, designers, or creative teams).
* Strong understanding of lead generation and performance metrics across video content.
* Familiarity with cross-platform content distribution (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
* Excellent organisational and communication skills - able to translate creative strategy into clear execution plans.
* Proactive and analytical mindset — thrives in fast-paced, results-focused environments.
Bonus skills:
* Experience with A/B testing tools, dashboards, or data visualisation.
* Knowledge of paid ads, funnels, or lead magnet systems.
* Understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and performance attribution.
What’s on offer:
* Salary between £50,000 – £100,000 depending on experience.
* Performance bonuses based on channel and company growth.
* Full remote working (UK-based preferred).
* Clear career progression: potential to move into Content Operations Director and COO roles.
* Access to ongoing learning, mentorship, and professional development.
* A fast-paced, high-performing environment where you’ll have direct impact and autonomy.
If this sounds like a good fit, drop me your CV and I’ll be in touch with more details 😊
