Qualifications
* Diploma Level 5, The Registered Managers Award, NVQ4 or an equivalent or be willing to undertake this
* Previous experience working as a Deputy Manager or Home Manager within Elderly Care is essential
* Strong leader and confident in delivering excellent clinical leadership and line management
* Excellent knowledge of working within and to the CQC code of conduct guidelines.
