Salary: Up to £28,500 per annum plus service charge plus extensive benefits We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Cocktail & Guest Experience Host – Fine Dining Restaurant to join our prestigious fine dining 3AA Rosette restaurant team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences through world-class cocktails, premium spirits, and expert wine service. Key Responsibilities Create and serve high-end classic and signature cocktails to an exceptional standard Provide knowledgeable wine recommendations and pairings to complement our menu Deliver outstanding customer service in a refined luxury environment Maintain expert knowledge of premium spirits, champagne, wines, and current cocktail trends Ensure the bar area is immaculate, organised, and fully stocked at all times Engage confidently with guests and provide a personalised experience Work closely with the restaurant team to uphold the highest service standards About you Positive and Charistmatic attitudue, with a passion for customer service Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist Passion for mixology, creativity, and attention to detail Excellent presentation and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-end environment WSET qualification or cocktail certifications are advantageous Due to the rural location of Carden Park, applicants should have access to a vehicle or reliable transport methods.
