About the Role
We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant to join our delivery team. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business processes, gathering and analyzing functional requirements, translating those into system solutions, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to gather, document, and validate functional requirements for Dynamics CRM implementations.
2. Analyze business needs and map them to CRM capabilities, recommending best practices.
3. Create functional specifications, process flows, and use cases to guide development and configuration teams.
4. Conduct functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
5. Liaise with technical teams to ensure alignment between functional design and system architecture.
6. Support project delivery from inception to post-go-live support, including training, documentation, and change management.
7. Stay updated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities, releases, and roadmaps.
Requirements
8. 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant.
9. Strong understanding of CRM modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service.
10. Experience in requirement gathering, business analysis, and creating functional documentation.
11. Proven ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
12. Familiarity with Dynamics 365 customization, workflows, and basic Power Platform features is a plus.
13. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills.
14. Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 CRM modules.
15. Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
16. In-depth knowledge of integration capabilities with other Microsoft products (e.g., Power BI, SharePoint, Azure).
