We’re looking for a customer-focused Aftercare Administrator to supp ort customers after their vehicle repair and ensure a smooth, positive post-repair experience. Job Summary As an Aftercare Administrator, you’ll handle post-repair enquiries, resolve customer concerns and manage aftercare and warranty cases. You’ll work closely with bodyshops, insurers and internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high quality standards. This role is ideal for someone with customer service, administration or aftersales experience who enjoys problem solving and supporting customers. Key Responsibilities Handle customer aftercare enquiries following vehicle repair Resolve complaints, warranty claims and post-repair concerns Liaise with bodyshops, quality control, management and insurers Log, track and update cases accurately using internal systems Communicate professionally with customers, insurers and third parties Identify recurring issues and share feedback to improve service quality Skills & Experience Previous experience in customer service, administration or aftersales Strong communication skills with a calm, empathetic approach Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Confident using computer systems and managing multiple cases Positive, solutions-focused team player Experience in automotive, accident repair, bodyshop or insurance environments is desirable but not essential.
