The Opportunity
The Senior Business Process Analyst is responsible for leading the discoveries with individual Local Authorities, ensuring that all data sources are revealed and documented which can be non-digital and digital in nature into a common and defined schema on behalf of the end customer. This is both a customer facing role requiring engagement with multiple stakeholders and third parties, and an immersive role with respect to data.
This role includes line management and training/mentoring responsibilities for the Data Discovery Analyst functions. You will be leading by example and upholding the best of the Remarkable Values.
The role will involve:
13. Establishing and understanding the format, quality, content, and sources of data/
14. Completing analysis of processes which can than be summarises in detailed process flows and related artifacts.
15. Reporting writing summarising findings of existing, mature Discovery process.
16. Supporting the team in other areas of the transformation process, on an ad-hoc basis.
17. Coaching and training more junior members of the team.
About You
To be successful as the Senior Business Process Analyst you will be someone who is very comfortable speaking to senior managers and have un understanding of Local Authorities and their terminology. You will have extensive customer service experience and be able to deal with sensitive matters in a timely and empathetic manner.
You will also have/be:

20. Good communication to both internal and external stakeholders
21. Experience of writing customer facing reports
22. Experience of GIS
