Job Description
The organisation is implementing a new HR system to modernise their HR operations. They are looking for a HR Process Manager who will lead the definition, design, and documentation of HR processes - ensuring they are system-ready, people-centric, and operationally robust.The role is on a 6 month FTC. If you are a HR professional who has a generalist background, with experience of leading and supporting systems implementation, please get in touch asap.Key responsibilities: Lead, shape, and define HR processes aligned to HRIS system:
3. Drive business-side input and engagement across all HR streams
4. Interface with the HRIS Sponsor and Programme Manager to ensure alignment
5. Collaborate with technical configuration teams to shape system setup
6. Facilitate workshops to map and design future-state HR processes
7. Produce SOPs and documentation to support training and adoption
8. Identify additional process opportunities, including performance management, pay frameworks, and development pathways
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Process Manager should have:
9. Proven experience in HR process and transformation, ideally within HRIS implementation.
10. Excellent organisational and analytical skills to evaluate processes effectively.
11. Proficiency in HR software and data management systems.
12. A results-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
13. Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
14. Ability to write clear SOPs and map complex processes
