Role Overview
Completely Care is seeking temporary Support Workers in Didcot, Oxfordshire to provide essential care and daily support to individuals in need. In this role, you will help clients maintain independence, promote well-being, and make a meaningful impact through temporary assignments facilitated by our professional recruitment agency.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver personalised support with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
Build positive and trusting relationships with clients, providing companionship and emotional support.
Assist clients in accessing community resources and participating in social and recreational activities.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement individualised care plans.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress, and any incidents or concerns.
Required Skills & Experience
Empathetic and compassionate approach to supporting individuals.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with clients and colleagues.
Previous experience in a similar support role or working with vulnerable populations preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to cover various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
