Essential: On track to achieve a 2:2 degree or equivalent (construction-related subjects preferred, but passion for house building is more important) Strong communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning Commitment to completing the full two-year programme Desirable: Previous experience in construction, property, or related fields Understanding of the housing sector Experience leading projects or initiatives You'll need to be flexible and willing to work across different locations and environments.
