We’ve an exciting opportunity for an experienced Bid Manager to join our Partnerships team. About the role… Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday This role is based at our Head Office in Derbyshire, however some hybrid working may be considered, depending on the location of the successful candidate You’ll manage and deliver winning bids across public sector frameworks, tenders, and commissioned health services. You’ll also: Grow a strategic bid pipeline – identifying and tracking opportunities and guiding bid/no-bid decisions Craft compelling and high-quality submissions by interpreting complex specifications Collaborate with operational and commercial teams, and develop content aligned with public health priorities Boost bid success by maintaining a bid library, meet funder standards, and driving continuous improvement. About you… We’d love to hear from you if you have healthcare market experience and are passionate about delivering an outstanding service. You’ll also have: A proven track record in bid writing/management across public health, healthcare, or wellbeing sectors, with insight into NHS and local authority commissioning Experience navigating tender portals (e.g. Contracts Finder, ProContract, Atamis) and responding to ITTs, RFQs, and frameworks in line with compliance requirements The ability to turn data into compelling narratives alongside being a skilled communicator An ability to manage multiple deadlines with strong project management and organisational skills.
