Demonstrate excellence of service to clients and build strong relationships both internally and externally; act as a major point of contact within the firm. Provide tax compliance and advisory services to a wide range of clients, in some cases using resource from a shared service team or via technology tools. Manage a substantial portfolio of clients including control of client take on and engagement, billings, and identification of opportunities to improve recoveries, together with cash collection. Understand potential risks to the Firm in relation to the Firms quality control procedures and raising to the appropriate person. Counsel, appraise, develop and motivate staff as appropriate Coaching and developing junior members of staff to lead a culture of team development Support, train, mentor and advise others.
