Responsibilities of a 12d or Unit 2 Traffic Management Operative (Man on Site):
The Trainee plays a central role in our operations. Responsibilities include:
* Maintaining the site
* Undertaking traffic counts, communicating with clients and subcontractors, managing timings, and recording near misses
* Maintaining temporary traffic lights
* Installing, maintaining, and removing temporary traffic management equipment such as cones, signs, frames, sandbags, and other gear
What Good Looks Like for a 12d or Unit 2 Traffic Management Operative (Man on Site):
* A full driving licence with no more than 6 points; any bans must have expired for at least 5 years
* Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test (offer depends on outcome)
* Positive attitude and adaptability
* Meticulous attention to detail
* TTMBC qualification
