Salary: Up to £48,000 per year with car allowance
Location: The ideal candidate will be located around the Hereford area, but we are open to nearby locations if willing to travel.
We are passionate about promoting safety and compliance across various environments. We seek an expert like you to conduct essential fire safety risk assessments. Ideally, candidates will be based in London, Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent, or Surrey. The role offers a salary of up to £48,000 plus a car allowance.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
1. Conduct fire safety risk assessments in accordance with current regulations.
2. Produce clear, actionable reports to guide client compliance.
3. Engage with clients and stakeholders, explaining findings and recommendations confidently.
4. Stay updated on fire safety legislation and industry best practices to ensure advice remains current.
5. Collaborate with team members to improve services and share knowledge.
What We’re Looking For:
* A degree or qualification in Fire Engineering or Fire Safety.
* Registration with the IFSM, Tier 2, or a similar competency scheme.
* At least 2 years of experience in the fire industry.
* Experience with compartmentation and/or door inspections is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
* Proven experience conducting fire risk assessments.
* Strong understanding of current fire safety regulations and legislation.
* Exceptional communication skills for engaging and informing clients.
* A proactive, problem-solving approach to identify hazards swiftly.
* A valid driving license, as site visits are required.
