Salary: £30,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements: We want strong, hands-on experience with Power BI, including data ingestion, modelling and DAX. We want solid knowledge of data modelling, star schema design and semantic layer principles. We want proven ability to build scalable, efficient analytical models and performance-focused reports. We want excellent communication skills and the ability to translate user requirements into practical designs. Experience supporting governance, best practices and analytics standards is highly desirable. Experience working with modern Microsoft data technologies, including Microsoft Fabric, is an advantage. Responsibilities: We build, maintain and optimise Power BI semantic models. We develop high-quality Power BI reports and dashboards, including advanced DAX measures and calculations. We apply best practices across data modelling, performance optimisation and governance. We support analytics users and troubleshoot issues across deployed insight products. We contribute to ongoing improvements in analytics standards, processes and methodologies. We collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn complex requirements into effective analytics solutions.
