What you'll do
* Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles
* Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks
* Create an environment where colleagues can succeed alongside you
* Manage operations within your store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
* Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to keep shifts running smoothly
* Deliver the very best customer experience every time they visit your store

* The ability to effectively delegate tasks and motivate your team
