Work details
The role is office-based with occasional travel within the UK. Expect 2-3 days onsite depending on project needs. Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
* Degree/HND/HNC in Electronics or related field plus significant experience in electronic design and development
* Experience in Defence/Aerospace or safety-regulated environments is advantageous
* Experience leading significant electronic design work packages
* Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams
* Strong problem-solving and electronic technology knowledge
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience managing budgets and resources
* Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders
