Job Description Job Summary The Compensation and Benefits Specialist will focus on total compensation and rewards. The individual is responsible for overseeing, maintaining and administering all aspects of the remuneration and benefits policy. Also, will support HRBP on other HR initiatives and management of data analytics of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Summary of Duties Design and implement compensation and benefit policies; evaluate and revise programs based on changes in policy direction and trend analysis. Ensure market competitiveness of salaries through participation in salary surveys; compile appropriate market matches for survey benchmark roles; collect and analyze survey data to benchmark the company's total compensation position; and recommend changes to salary and benefit structures as required. Perform compensation analysis to support ad hoc requests to ensure equality in remuneration. Develop various communication materials and guidance tools regarding compensation programs (including total compensation) and ensure that they are all understood by all employees and managers. Ensure compliance to salary policies to ensure that pay practices remain equitable and competitive for the company. Partner with HR Business Partners and Managers to diagnose compensation issues and recommend potential solutions and guidance on pay management strategies and decisions. Use HR indicators and data analysis to identify trends, patterns and insights. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate results and recommendations to senior management. Manage the design and administration of benefit plans, such as medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and retirement plans. Oversee the development and maintenance of all total rewards content within various systems, including creation and repository of job descriptions, updates on salary ranges, salary and benefits administration guidelines. Perform benchmarking on competitiveness of total rewards package and propose recommendations based on market trends Job Requirements Qualifications Education: Diploma in Human Relations or relevant experience CHRP/HRPA/CHRA is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a HR department.
