Enable Futures is hiring on behalf of their client (global events and promotions) for a Senior Project Delivery Manager | Office Based | Weston-super-Mare, Somerset!
The role is fully office-based in Weston-super-Mare, offering excellent training, career progression, and outstanding benefits including an 11% employer-paid pension, 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays & Christmas shut down. Salary: Circa £38,000 PA. Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday.
Job Purpose
Direct and oversee a dedicated team of Project Managers, Junior PMs, and Administrators. The Senior Project Delivery Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for ensuring excellence across specific project streams, aligning every campaign with brand objectives, and maintaining high standards of delivery. You will bridge strategic direction and daily execution, identifying future leaders and driving process improvements across the team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and Mentor: Direct a team of project personnel, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
* Operational Oversight: Guide project timelines, costs, and budgets to ensure all financial and strategic objectives are met.
* Resource Management: Manage daily resource allocation, ensuring the team is clear on expectations, challenges, and targets.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the business in high-level client meetings and strategic delivery sessions.
* Risk & Escalation: Act as the primary escalation point for project risks, providing proactive solutions to maintain momentum.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Data, Fulfilment, and Production teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
* Compliance & Quality: Own the delivery framework for reporting and internal QA, maintaining compliance with ISO governance.
* Process Improvement: Identify process gaps through root cause analysis and implement changes to boost efficiency and reduce error rates.

* Methodology Expert: Strong understanding or qualification in Agile, PRINCE2, or APM.
* Systems Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience utilizing Warehouse Management or Project Systems (Pro).
* Leadership Credibility: Experienced in coaching, team development, and conducting formal performance reporting (KPIs).
* Quality Driven: A high level of accuracy and an eye for detail, particularly regarding brand strategy and SOPs.
