Salary - £30,117 per annum (£16.23 per hour)
Hours - Full-time, 35.75 hours per week
Contract - Temporary, until 31st of December 2026
Location - Leith Victoria Swim Centre

We are looking for a motivated and people-focused colleague to join us as an Operations Supervisor at Leith Victoria Swim Centre. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build their confidence, take on more responsibility, and gain hands‑on experience leading shifts and supporting a busy venue.
What You’ll Do:
* Support the day-to-day operation of the venue and lead shifts effectively
* Lead, motivate, and support team members to deliver excellent customer service
* Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for staff and customers
* Resolve customer enquiries and complaints in a calm and professional manner
* Ensure health and safety procedures and operational standards are followed

* The ability to stay organised and make decisions in a fast‑paced environment
* Excellent customer service skills and confidence dealing with a range of situations
