We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Marketing Executive who will play a pivotal role in managing and executing marketing activities.
We are looking for someone who is proactive and self-motivated with the ability to develop creative marketing materials for both digital and print media and carry out projects from concept to end result. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate flexibility, organisation skills, ability to work as part of a team and communicate at all levels throughout the business.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
* Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, email, and online advertising
* Manage and expand the company social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring performance to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
* Create and maintain marketing content, including blogs, case studies, and promotional materials
* Optimise the website for search engine performance (SEO) and work on improving online visibility
* Analyse data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, report on results, and make data-driven recommendations for future strategies
* Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and generate leads
* Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay ahead in the security guarding market
* Support offline marketing initiatives, including brochures and event promotion, as needed
* Photography planning, capturing and maintaining company images in line with marketing strategies and campaigns
* Ensuring all web content is up to date and monitoring of Google analytics and, maintaining ad word campaigns
* Assisting the relevant departments in the production of business plans and capability statements
* Project work as required including design of bespoke company proposal documentation/tenders
* Improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
* Provide reports as required to Senior Management
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
* Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months
* Degree or similar qualification in marketing, communications, business, or related field
* Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within B2B or security-related industries
* Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media marketing
* Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
* Excellent communication and copywriting skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools
* Strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, writing & proof-reading skills
