The Digital Construction Manager Role
As a Digital Construction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in:
* Managing various Digital/BIM tasks throughout the lifecycle of construction projects, including work winning, design, pre-construction, construction, handover, and soft landings.
* Collaborating closely with the wider project team, client teams, and trade sub-contractors.
* Maintaining regular communication with the Area Digital Construction Manager and the Director for Digital Construction.
* Facilitating the integration of Digital Construction/BIM on projects, driving our digital construction strategy and business culture while upholding the company’s Vision and Values.
Your Profile
We are looking for candidates who possess:
* Relevant BIM qualifications or courses.
* Experience in implementing BIM within the construction industry.
* Working knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, Solibri, Viewpoint 4 Projects, and COBie.
* A natural affinity for being ambitious, dynamic, and a strong team player.
