About The Role
As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast-paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are connected through delivering the very best customer experience.
Shifts you are applying for: 8.75hrs p/w; Sun 09:00 - 14:00; Tue 10:00 - 14:00
Responsibilities
* Customer Service - deliver an exceptional customer experience by helping customers find the perfect product and assisting with purchases at the till
* Brand Bra Experience - provide our brand bra fitting service with expert advice on size and suitable styles
* Visual Merchandising - own merchandising and presentation of products, help customers find what they need and discover new items
* Store Standards - maintain store standards both front and back, manage deliveries, replenish stock, assist with loss prevention and health & safety procedures
About You
* Passion for retail and creating a great customer experience
* Desire to learn and develop customer service skills and product knowledge
* Ability to build valued relationships with teammates and customers
* Team player who is flexible, supportive and contributes to a positive working environment
* Comfort working in a busy environment and ability to switch between tasks
