Debt Advisory & Restructuring – Associate Director / Director
The Firm
An established independent investment and advisory platform is building a dedicated Debt Advisory and Restructuring practice to complement its wider corporate finance offering. The firm advises a broad range of mid-market and listed corporates, including a long-standing client base with recurring strategic and capital markets engagements. A number of these businesses are now seeking support with refinancing, turnaround and restructuring situations, creating a strong pipeline of mandates.
In addition to existing relationships, the team is also winning new work from outside the firm’s historic client base — including recent high-profile restructurings and asset acquisitions from insolvency.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Debt Advisory & Restructuring, this is an opportunity to play a central role in the growth of a newly established practice. The successful candidate will work on a wide variety of transactions across refinancing, distressed M&A, stakeholder advisory, and debt raising, supporting companies, investors, and management teams through periods of change.
This role suits someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment — combining the technical rigour of a top-tier advisory background with the commercial agility of a mid-market outfit free from audit or lending conflicts.

* Availability to start immediately or at short notice preferred.
The Proposition
* Entrepreneurial, independent culture with scope to help shape a growing practice.
* Exposure to significant client contact and transaction responsibility from day one.
