An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced fundraising professional to join a well-established charitable organisation on a permanent basis. This role sits within the Fundraising Team and will play a key part in delivering engaging campaigns that grow supporter numbers, deepen relationships, and increase income to support the charity’s vital work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver multi-channel fundraising campaigns to attract, engage, and retain individual supporters
* Develop strategies to grow supporter income and lifetime value through acquisition, stewardship, and retention activities
* Collaborate with colleagues across fundraising, communications, and service delivery to ensure integrated and impactful campaigns
* Manage budgets and performance metrics to ensure effective use of resources and delivery against targets
* Use audience insights and data to inform campaign design, segmentation, and testing
* Oversee relationships with external suppliers and agencies to ensure high-quality delivery and value for money
* Ensure all fundraising activity is compliant with relevant regulations and reflects the organisation’s values and brand
* Line manage team members, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Proven experience in public fundraising, individual giving, or direct marketing within the charity sector
* Strong understanding of supporter journeys and donor engagement strategies
* Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
* Skilled in campaign planning, data analysis, and budget management
* Experience working with CRM systems and using data to inform decision-making
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Collaborative and proactive team player with a passion for making a difference
* Understanding of fundraising compliance and best practice
Location: London
Salary: £43,000 to £49,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Working Pattern: Hybrid, 2 days per week on-site
