* Champion Child Welfare: You will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of children through your expert involvement in comprehensive parenting assessments, directly contributing to positive family outcomes.

* Contribute to Operational Excellence: You will contribute to the smooth and effective day-to-day operations of the assessment centre, ensuring adherence to all relevant standards and best practices.

We are looking for a candidate who brings:
* Extensive Experience: You will be a highly experienced social worker within a social care setting, ideally with direct experience in child protection or parenting assessment.
* Relevant Qualifications: You will hold a relevant social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, BA/MA in Social Work) and be registered with Social Work England.
* Strong Interpersonal Skills: You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support and influence colleagues.
* In-depth Knowledge: You will have a thorough understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices in child protection and family support.
