We’re looking for a Senior or Associate-level Structural Engineer to join our dynamic and growing client, renowned for delivering exceptional engineering solutions across a diverse portfolio of projects in the UK and overseas.

The Role
You’ll play a key role in delivering innovative, efficient, and buildable structural designs. From concept through to construction, you'll liaise closely with clients, architects, and contractors, ensuring excellence at every stage.
As a Senior/Associate Structural Engineer, you’ll:
1. Lead and deliver a variety of challenging projects across sectors
2. Mentor junior engineers and support the growth of the engineering team
3. Engage directly with clients and design teams, contributing from pre-acquisition stages
4. Ensure quality, safety, and sustainability are embedded in every solution
5. Use your technical expertise to problem-solve creatively and confidently
What We’re Looking For
6. Chartered (or nearly Chartered) with IStructE or ICE
7. Proven experience in the design and delivery of structural engineering projects
8. Strong communication and project management skills
9. A passion for technical excellence and innovative thinking
10. Experience across a range of sectors – residential, commercial, conservation, and specialist structures – is a plus
