This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced senior leader who is passionate about inclusive education, SEND, SEMH provision, and improving outcomes for vulnerable young people.
The Role You will provide strategic leadership across WSAPCs curriculum offer, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, inclusion, safeguarding, and pupil achievement across all provisions.
Working closely with the Executive Headteacher and Heads of School, you will: Lead curriculum development and quality of education across the college Drive school improvement, inclusion, and staff development Support and challenge senior and middle leaders to achieve outstanding outcomes Promote trauma-informed, relational, and inclusive practice across all settings Oversee pupil progress, attendance, behaviour, and engagement strategies Develop innovative and accessible curriculum pathways, including vocational provision Work collaboratively with schools, external agencies, and multi-disciplinary teams We Are Looking For Someone Who: Holds QTS/QTLS and has successful senior leadership experience Has a strong understanding of SEND, SEMH, and alternative provision Is passionate about inclusive and trauma-informed education Can inspire, lead, and develop staff teams effectively Has experience driving school improvement and curriculum innovation Is resilient, strategic, and committed to improving outcomes for vulnerable pupils Why Join Us?
