Required Skills & Experience for this Registered Nurse (RN) Role: Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (Active NMC pin) Previous experience in hospital, community or care home settings. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments. A strong commitment to providing excellent patient care. As a Registered Nurse working with Flourish Medical, your responsibilities may include: Deliver safe, high-quality patient care in line with clinical and professional standards. Administer medication and monitor patient health. Support patients, families, and wider healthcare teams with professionalism and compassion. Maintain accurate clinical records and follow safeguarding procedures. Develop and review care plans in line with NMC guidelines.
