Robert Half Technology are assisting a market leading consultancy to recruit several Amazon CX Engineer on a contract basis - fully remote - UK based
The Amazon CX Senior Engineer leads the design, implementation, and optimisation of complex full-stack Amazon Connect solutions. This position requires deep technical expertise to guide customers through sophisticated contact centre transformations.
Role
* The Amazon CX Engineer will lead technical design and architecture for complex Amazon Connect implementations
* Develop sophisticated contact flow solutions for advanced customer requirements including 3rd party integrations and SSO
* Design and implement advanced Amazon integration
* Create optimised forecasting, capacity planning and scheduling solutions
* Lead conversational design strategy and implementation
* Experience with Amazon Connect Customer Profiles, Cases and Step by Step Guides
* Guide customers through migration strategies from legacy contact centre platforms
* Lead client facing technical workshops and advanced training sessions for client’s IT stakeholders (including solutions architects, network engineers, IT support etc)
* Collaborate with practice team members, supporting with technical queries for presales or in-flight projects as needed
* Provide technical artefacts such as architecture designs
* Serve as escalation point for complex technical challenges
Profile
* The Amazon CX Engineer will have experience building in Amazon Connect console
* Strong Python or JavaScript programming skills
* Advanced experience with infrastructure as code using CDK or Terraform
* Integration patterns with external systems
* CI/CD pipeline implementation for contact centre solutions
* Performance optimisation and scaling strategies
* Security architecture for contact centre solutions
* Custom development to extend Amazon Connect functionality
