What You’ll Do
* Lead & Strategize: Own the marketing roadmap, campaigns, and multi-channel strategy, keeping everything aligned with business goals.
* Brand & Communications: Shape our brand, craft compelling messaging, and manage corporate reputation. Represent us at events and industry forums.
* Digital & Growth: Drive digital transformation using AI, automation, SEO, paid media, content, and social. Optimize the customer journey and measure performance.
* Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with sales, product, HR, finance, and innovation teams to amplify marketing impact.
* Agency & Partner Management: Build, guide, and manage external agency relationships to deliver creative campaigns and efficient spend.
* Leadership & Influence: Mentor your team, present insights to the executive team, and identify opportunities that drive growth.
Who You Are
* 6+ years in multi-channel marketing with B2B/B2C experience.
* Skilled in brand strategy, digital marketing, analytics, and performance tracking.
* Experience of managing licenced brands is of interest
* Strong leader with excellent stakeholder management and financial acumen.
* A creative thinker who thrives on collaboration and delivering measurable results.
