About the Role
As a Social Worker in the First Response Service, you will be working in our Duty Assessment Service. Your role will involve ensuring that children and families receive the right support at the right time through strengths‑based assessment.

Responsibilities & Expectations
You will support children and families, working collaboratively within a multi‑agency environment, and will ensure a high standard of care and assessment.
Qualifications
* Professional Social Work Qualification.
* Registered with Social Work England.
* Direct experience working with children in a childcare setting.
* Full driving licence, access to a vehicle and willingness to travel both inside and outside the council area as required.
* Excellent communication skills to support internal and multi‑agency working relationships.
* Enhanced DBS check (required).
