The ideal candidate must have at least two years of experience in a Pharmaceutical Quality Management System and understand and be able to complete QMS activities including: Change control Deviations CAPA QMRs Recalls Returns Training The role involves: Review, update and maintenance of the Quality Management System. Provide support and actively participate in internal and notified body audits. Working with QP to achieve a harmonised batch certification system. Performing a self-inspection program, including creating an SOP and form design. Supporting the continued supply of quality products. Supporting the Responsible Person in bona fide reviews, reviewing Technical Agreements etc. Experience / knowledge in the following is useful Sage, Outlook, Microsoft 365, import of pharmaceuticals, pharmaceutical QMS or PLPI would be useful but not essential. The role is reporting to the Quality Manager and supporting the RPs but the candidate should be able to hold their own within a QMS. The company has a MIA for PLPI as well as a WDA with a single QMS, so knowledge of batch documentation/review is desirable. Laboratory experience is not relevant for this role.
