Exciting times are ahead! With new production lines opening, we are on the lookout for
Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineers
to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in supporting both planned and reactive maintenance at our Coleraine manufacturing site, working a rotating 12-hour shift pattern that includes days, nights, and weekends.
What Will I Be Doing?
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Prioritizing safety by complying with Health and Safety Policies. Conducting Electrical and Mechanical maintenance, including preventative measures and troubleshooting breakdowns. Ensuring all maintenance activities meet mandatory Health & Safety obligations. Collaborating with Production shift managers and teams to achieve plant efficiency targets. Adhering to food safety standards during maintenance tasks. Managing material stock levels and booking out spare parts. Overseeing contractors while they are on site. Maintaining high standards of housekeeping in engineering areas. Participating in new installations and projects as needed. Developing and updating work instruction sheets and risk assessments.
What Do I Need to Be Successful?

Key qualifications include: Time-served multi-skilled engineer with both mechanical and electrical experience. Minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in an engineering discipline (e.g., BTEC National Certificate/Diploma). Strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify root causes of efficiency issues. Proficiency in computer applications. Logical, organized, and effective communication skills at all levels. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Solid understanding of Health & Safety practices.
