This role is responsible for managing IT service operations within a hub-and-spoke model, ensuring smooth delivery of end-user devices and peripherals while maintaining contractual service levels. The position involves hands-on technical tasks, asset management, and frequent travel to support surrounding locations.
1. Location: High Wbe HP14 4UE
2. Daily Rate: on PAYE or on UMB
3. Contract Length: 3+ Months
4. Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
5. Queue ticket management of tickets assigned to their Hub (and surrounding spokes) ensuring appropriate updates and call management to maintain Service levels as per contract
6. Hub Stock management including asset management of kit in/out (Scan items in/out of locations) as per contract
7. Effective Management of disposals that go through their Hub as per contract
8. Triage and perform hardware repairs of ‘in Warranty kit’ and liaise with vendors for parts and returns as per contract
9. Locker replenishments where appropriate as per contract
10. Highlight potential issues with service/potential service improvements to their Team Leader
11. Follow any agreed processes and procedures either from the Authority (site regulations etc) orputacenter’s own
Key Requirements
12. Basic IT knowledge
13. Great Customer facing skills / can do attitude
14. Organised
15. SC Cleared
16. Manual Driving License
17. ServiceNow Knowledge (ideal not essential)
18. 90% of role will be travelling around the area (hub/spoke model) handing out End user devices/peripherals
