Education Sector Trust, based in Wiltshire, is seeking a Part-time Finance Officer to join their team. This role involves 30 hours per week.
Requirements
* Experience in an educational or public sector environment is preferred.
* DBS clearance is required; being on the update service or possessing a valid certificate is beneficial.
Responsibilities
1. Inbox administration
2. Raising purchase orders, allocating, and chasing approvals
3. Processing invoices and related administration
4. Preparing weekly payment runs
5. Banking tasks
6. Managing petty cash
7. Administering debit/credit cards
8. Providing customer service and visitor liaison
Benefits
